Partial Refund: Bookings cancelled between 7 to 13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
No Refund: Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to check-in are non-refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances (see below).
b. Early Departures & No Shows
No refunds are issued for early departures or unused nights.
No-shows (failure to check in) are non-refundable.
